The addition of the nuts means that it is filling and nutritious. If you want to make it nut free, substitute roasted pumpkin seeds for the cashews. 2 small heads cauliflower Break the cauliflower into small florets and steam for 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of your florets) or until it is partially cooked but still has some crunch.
