Michelle's FreeFrom Steak with Garlic
Dairy, wheat, gluten, corn, soya, nightshade, egg & nut free

This is so simple but improves even the best steak.

1 steak per person, cut of your choice
sea salt and freshly ground
black pepper
4 cloves of garlic per person.

Lay the steak out on a plate and grate over a little sea salt and black pepper. Crush 2 cloves of garlic in a garlic press and spread over the steak.
Turn the steak and repeat the process on the other side. Leave for 1-2 hours to absorb the flavours.
Grill, barbecue or fry to your taste and serve with baked potatoes and a green vegetable or salad.
