FreeFrom Pork or Lamb Kebabs with Turmeric
Totally modern - but just as tasty.
450g / 1lb pork or lamb fillet
Cut the meat into reasonable size chunks. Mix all the ingredients except the yellow pepper in a bowl, add the meat and leave to marinate from 2-6 hours.
Serves 6 - per portion
