Foods Matter has been creating free-from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, egg, nut, nightshade, sugar etc etc... recipes since long before the term 'freefrom' was coined, many of which are to be found in the Foods Matter Recipes section below.
However, over the last few years, we have been joined by cooks and cookery writers, cookery schools and freefrom food manufacturers - all of whom are also creating delicious, easy and nutritious freefrom dishes.
Most the Foods Matter recipes include a nutritional anaylsis which highlights calcium content (for those avoiding dairy products) and good soureces of nutrients for those concerned that their diet may lead to deficiencies.
